These quotients form our entire existence. They are primarily responsible for our overall development of being... i.e our happiness, our functioning, our physical & psychological health and our social & financial states...
It's paramount that we look at DMT as a tool for the overall development of our bodies, minds and souls... It is a process that is beneficial for the development of all the above quotients.
DMT can benefit us in many ways - for stress reduction, disease prevention, mood management, to increase muscular strength, coordination, mobility, decreased muscular tension, build self-awareness, self-esteem, and most importantly to make a safe space in our confidence levels for us to express our feelings.
Therapeutic dance workshops should be explored by all of us at least once in our lifetimes, no matter where we are in life. At any age, any physical or mental condition, any professional level, any personal stage... as an individual or as a group, as a family or friends, as a batch or just a couple of colleagues... we all should indulge in dance as a form of therapy rather than just another superficial element of fun ...
And since it is a holistic approach to overall health, it has been seen to benefit people who could have any variety of problems across the bandwidth of our well-being.
